Our work
Built by EngLogics. Proof of what we deliver.
We designed and built quotation software for pressure-vessel and pipeline-equipment fabricators, some of the most rules-heavy estimating work in industry. The same approach, now with AI at its core, is what we bring to every client engagement.

Pressure Vessel Quotation Estimator
A desktop application that takes a pressure-vessel datasheet to a reviewable 3D configuration and a shop-calibrated estimate, using the fabricator’s own costs and rates.
- Challenge
- Pressure-vessel quotes were assembled by hand from datasheets, drawings, and spreadsheets. Each estimate depended on a few experienced people, took days to prepare, and was hard to review or compare.
- What we built
- A datasheet-driven configurator with an interactive 3D vessel model, nozzle and attachment modelling, and a costing engine that applies the shop’s own material, labour, purchased-component, fabrication, and overhead assumptions.
- Outcome
- Estimators work from one structured, reviewable basis instead of scattered spreadsheets, and the logic behind every figure is visible to the people who approve the quote.
Key capabilities
- Datasheet-driven vessel configuration
- Interactive 3D vessel review
- Nozzle and attachment modelling
- Material and purchased-component costing
- Labour and fabrication-cost modelling
- Structured estimate breakdown

Pig Launcher and Receiver Quotation Software
Purpose-built quotation software for pig launchers and receivers used in pipeline maintenance, capturing specialist equipment rules in a focused, repeatable tool.
- Challenge
- Launcher and receiver quotations involve specialized geometry, closures, and connections that generic estimating tools do not understand, so each quote started from a blank spreadsheet.
- What we built
- A dedicated quotation tool that structures the equipment requirements, applies the relevant configuration rules, and produces a consistent quotation basis for review.
- Outcome
- A repeatable path from requirements to quote for a niche but demanding equipment category, built on the same architecture as our pressure-vessel estimator.
Key capabilities
- Structured equipment requirements
- Configuration rules for launchers and receivers
- Consistent quotation basis
- Built for review and reuse

What it means for you
The same discipline, applied to your work
Building our own software taught us what it takes to capture specialist expertise reliably. Every client engagement benefits from it.
Expertise, captured
We turn the rules your best people apply into software the whole team can use.
Results you can review
Every output shows how it was produced, so experts approve rather than redo.
Your data, your rules
Systems run on your own costs, rates, and standards, not generic defaults.
Ready for AI
Structured rules and data are what let AI read an RFQ and prepare the draft.
